Arrived in 5 days, once the package opened there is no particular smell, I have it go directly into the machine (40 degree) and a few minutes in the dryer (to leave the effect soft) and came out as new (don't forget to wash all the items you order😌) Super soft and very soft, my cats will love🫶🏻

This Calming Nest is the greatest item I ever bought my cat! He’s loved getting in it from day one! It’s big enough for him, warm. He can either stretch out or curl up in a ball. When I can’t find him, all I have to do is look inside the bed. I’m also hoping should we lose power in the event of a snow/ice storm, this is where he’ll come to stay warm.

Excellent service. I just received it, unrolled it and took it outdoors to shake off some loose plush fuzz and then fluffed it up, it is nice and plush. Now, I must wait to see how my kitty likes it. Of course, being a cat, she just looks at it right now, sniffs it, but won't use it yet. Patience and in time I hope she will warm up to the idea! I know if I was a cat, I'd love curling up in this cute cave!! Too bad they don't make big ones for people! lol I would recommend this one!!

Got this today and my cat loves it. She immediately got in it and snuggled up. Love the shaggy material, so soft and attractive. I purchased it to help keep her fur off my white couch. It’s working. 🙂 🐈‍⬛
